The villa is a large single story 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa that has approx. 2500sq. feet of air conditioned and heated living space. Most rooms have ceiling fans and the villa has a oversized screened pool and deck area for your enjoyment which backs on to the 1st fairway at Highland Reserve Golf Club so you can be assured of privacy whilst staying with us.

Upon entering the villa you will see the large and spacious formal living room and dining room which is furnished to a very high standard as are all the rooms in our villa. The separate dining area allows you to be that little bit more formal. From there you enter the family room which is open plan with ample living space. The open plan area consists of living room with a TV that has access to over 70 channels, VCR & a DVD player. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining facilities with a separate breakfast nook off the kitchen area. The kitchen, breakfast and snack bar is fully equipped, including a large Fridge/Freezer with ice and chilled water dispenser, Cooker, Microwave and Dishwasher. There is also a utility room just off the kitchen area that has a large washing machine and a separate matching tumble dryer.

The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed with a en-suite bathroom that features a jacuzzi bath. Every bedroom has TV with cable access to over 70 channels. The 5 bedrooms have been furnished to give flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 10 people. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms feature queen sized beds. The 4th and 5th bedrooms both have twin beds. Bedrooms 2 & 3 both have en-suite bathrooms while bedrooms 4 & 5 have access to a shared bathroom. Bedrooms 4 & 5 also feature DVD players.

One of the unique features of our villa is the FREE high speed internet service. Just plug in your laptop and you can surf the web at blazing speeds.

The private pool at the rear of our villa has a separate spa/jacuzzi from the main swimming area as well as electric pool heating. So no matter what time of year you visit us you can always count on getting into a warm swimming pool. As we mentioned before our villa backs on to the 1st fairway at Highland Reserve Golf Club so you can be assured of privacy whilst staying with us.

Our villa can be reached very easily from both Orlando International Airport and Sanford International Airport. Simply follow the exit sign for 417 South and stay on 417 South until it merges with I-4 West. Then take exit 55 (old 23) and that will bring you onto US27. Once on US27, Highlands Reserve is located approx 5 miles on the left hand side. The driving times from both airports vary, however Orlando International Airport is the closer of the two with an approixmate 30 minute drive from door to door, whereas Sanford International Airport is approximately 60 minutes drive.
